General Terms and Conditions:
- Registrations are to be made via the given contact form or by email, in writing. Registrations and cancellations must be made in writing
- The seminar fee is to be paid within 8 days of receipt of invoice
- In case of cancellation up to 20 days before the seminar, the FlowerART Academy will charge a cancellation fee of 30 % of the course fee.
- In case of a late cancellation up to the seminar, the FlowerART Academy will charge 100 % of the Course fee.
- The FlowerART Academy reserves the right to cancel a seminar up to 10 days before or for other urgent reasons, if insufficient course participants have been registered. In this case all course fees which have been paid already, will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.
- Content and schedule deviations and change of docents are reserved in urgent cases
- The participant agrees that his / her personal data will be processed and processed by EDP for the purposes of course management and for later information
- The above conditions apply to all events
- By application to one course, all conditions are recognized and accepted
